Tsome Dgua 1.0

The Lent, also known as the Great Fast or Abiy Tsom, spans a duration of eight weeks. Saint Yared, a revered figure in the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Church, authored the hymnbook called “Tsome Dgua” (Hymn of Fasting). Within this sacred text, Saint Yared crafted melodies for each day of the Great Fast, with each piece being named after the corresponding Sunday hymn. Tsome Dgua is one component of a more extensive hymnbook known as Dgua.
